Cancellation & Refund Policy

Five Star Granite Export

At Five Star Granite Export, we are committed to maintaining transparent and professional business practices for all granite rough block transactions. This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the terms related to order cancellation, returns, and refunds for our ecommerce and export operations.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the material is processed, loaded, dispatched, or export documentation is completed. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through email or official communication channels.

Once the granite rough blocks have been processed, reserved, packed, loaded into containers, or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Advance Payments

Advance payments made for block reservation, quarry allocation, cutting, loading, transportation, or export processing may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on the stage of order execution and expenses already incurred.

Customized and Special Orders

Orders involving customized block selection, special sizing, exclusive quarry sourcing, or customer-specific processing are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production or procurement has started.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  1. Product unavailable after confirmed order
  2. Duplicate payment made by customer
  3. Proven quality issue significantly different from agreed specifications
  4. Failure to deliver due to reasons directly caused by Five Star Granite Export

Refund approval is subject to internal verification and supporting documentation.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  1. Natural color or texture variations in granite
  2. Delays caused by shipping lines, customs, weather, port congestion, or government restrictions
  3. Customer change of mind after shipment
  4. Minor dimensional or appearance differences within industry standards
  5. Improper handling or unloading by the customer

Inspection and Claims

Customers must inspect the goods immediately upon delivery. Any complaint regarding damage, quantity, or quality must be reported within 48 hours along with photographs, inspection reports, and shipment records.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or bank transfer within a reasonable period, subject to banking and international transaction procedures.

Limitation of Liability

Five Star Granite Export shall not be liable for indirect losses, business interruption, project delays, or third-party costs arising from shipment delays, customs clearance issues, or transportation-related incidents.
